The welcome drink the night before (Friday 18th) will be held in Milan’s Navigli District! This is one of the most charming areas of the city full of different types of cafés, restaurants, bars, design shops, art galleries!
The ECF Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday May 19. Further information on the agenda of the day and registration will follow.
Friday May 18:
We will start with the Leadership Programme workshop. This is open for all our members. Important to mention is that if you want to apply for the Leadership Programme in 2018, joining this workshop is obligatory.
Sunday May 20:
On Sunday the 20th, there is an option to join the bike tours that will be organized by our host FIAB.
Since May is high season in Italy, we would kindly like to ask you to book your accommodation well in advance. Our host FIAB arranged an option at Hostel Bello grande for our members. The options are: 7 single rooms for 79 euro per room, 14 double rooms for 118 euro per room, 5 rooms for 4 people for 39 euro per person. If you want to make use of this option, please simply write to booking.lepetit@ostellobello.com stating AGM ECF 2018 in the subject of the mail. The option is there until the end of March, but to make sure you have a (affordable) room, we would recommend to arrange your accommodation as soon as possible.
